Reset nails and screws, patch or caulk cracks and other areas requiring repair, and sand off loose paint. Wash surface down with proper paint preparation cleaner.
Ensure any mildew and mold is removed prior to painting.
Purchase high quality paint and primer.  You’ll also need a sturdy ladder, professional paint sprayer machine, brushes, rollers, sandpapers, scrapers, caulk, and drop clothes.
Tape off and cover all areas you don’t want to be painted.
Wear proper protective clothing such as boot covers, spray sock hood, painting coveralls, paint respirator, eye protection, and gloves.
To ensure quality of the paint, strain it using a paint strainer. A Tool Rental Center associate will explain the proper use of a paint sprayer.
Spray away! Start at a corner, working from the top down and keep strokes steady and smooth.  It is better to paint several light coats than one heavy one.
